Sandro has been a key target for Chelsea for the majority of the transfer window to date.
Manager Antonio Conte is looking to improve his squad ahead of the addition of Champions League football next season, something they did not have the last term.
Sandro would cost Chelsea around £60million, which would be a club-record fee and a world-record fee for a defender.
That is a fee they are willing to pay for the Brazilian but now the deal looks in doubt.
Solhekol says French giants Paris Saint-Germain are also keen on Sandro but he may not want to part with Juventus just yet.
"Chelsea are in talks to sign Alex Sandro but there could be a twist in the tale here," Solhekol said on Sky Sports News.
"Sandro is now not sure if he wants to leave Italy. PSG also want to sign the left-back.
"Chelsea are willing to pay a club-record £60million."
Sandro has made 49 Serie A appearances for Juve since joining from Porto in 2015.
He was a key cog in the side which reached the Champions League final against Real Madrid in May.
