Inter agree Belhanda deal

Breaking news from Italy as Inter Milan have agreed a deal with Montpellier for Younes Belhanda.

The talented attacking midfielder has been linked with a move across Europe over the past few weeks and now looks set for a move to Serie A.

The reported deal is around £12 million, which is exactly the fee Montpellier Owner Louis Nicollin said the player could leave for during the January transfer window.

Belhanda was in sparkling form for the Ligue 1 club last season, as they produced the unthinkable to win the Championship, before some of their key players left the club this season with Olivier Giroud and Yanga Mapou-Mbiwa moving to the Premier League.

He is set to fly to Italy over the next few days to undergo a medical and agree personal terms with the club. If the player can reproduce his form of last season, then Inter have  bargain on their hands in the Moroccon International.
