Manchester United have concluded the long awaited transfer saga of Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha by signing the player on a five and a half year contract.
The 20-year old travelled to Olf Trafford yesterday to finalise personal terms, before returing back to the Crystal Palace where he will spend the remainer of the season in their quest for promotion to the Premier League.
The Red Devils will pay £10 million upfront for the England International, with a further £5 in add-ons and bonuses.
Zaha confirmed in and interview with the BBC: "I am delighted to be joining Manchester United. However, my focus for the next five months will be solely at Crystal Palace."
Manager Sir Alex Ferguson stated after landing their key target: "We like to sign players with potential,"
"We develop players and that's been proven many times. Hopefully the boy enjoys it here."
He will undergo his medical with his new side in the next few days, with the deal being officially finalised early next week.
