Norwich City are close to signing goalkeeper Lee Camp from Nottingham Forest.
The talented stopper has been linked with a Premier League move over the past few years, due to his impressive performances in the Championship.
After long contract negotiations over the past few months, Camp hasn't been able to agree a new contract with the club, and was told by new Manager Alex McLeish that he could move on during the January Transfer Window for free if a club approached him.
He is to travel to Carrow Road today to undergo a medical with the club, and will be announced as their first January signing in the coming days.
At 28, he will look to compete with current goalkeeper Mark Bunn, and regulary number 1 John Ruddy, who has been out injured over the past few months.
In other Norwich City news today, midfielder Simon Lappin has left the club by mutual consent.
