Blackburn Rovers striker Ruben Rochina has been loaned out to Spanish side Rayo Vallecano for the remainder of the current campaign. The Spanish 22 year old joined Rovers back in 2011 from Barcelona’s B team. He was then loaned back to fellow Spanish team Real Zaragoza for the second half of last season. Since joining the Championship side, Rochina has made 54 appearances and netted on 11 occasions. The current season has been injury hit for the strike after dislocating his shoulder on the opening day of the season and since this has struggled to regain his place in the team. Although it is currently a loan deal, it is with a view of a permanent transfer.
