Sheffield Wednesday have signed their second loan player of the day with the acquisition of Leeds United midfielder Danny Pugh.
The midfielder has joined on loan for the remainder of the season and joins up with striker Leroy Lita who signed earlier on this afternoon from Swansea City.
The thirty year old can operate in a number of positions including defence and midfield to help aid Dave Jones side, and will look to battle for a spot in The Owls starting eleven in their upcoming match away to Charlton Athletic at The Valley after his registration came through in time enabling him to play.
Pugh played fourty one times for Leeds United after initially signing on loan in 2011, and making his move permanent last January.
Neil Warnock feels the player can look for pastures new and he will wear squad number 19 in his spell at the Championship side in their battle to avoid relegation.
