Crystal Palace starlet Wilfried Zaha looks set for a move to current Premier League leaders Manchester United according to reports this afternoon.
Both clubs will hold talks over the next couple of days to conclude a transfer which has been in the pipeline since the Transfer Window opened at the start of January.
Sir Alex Ferguson is happy to pay the £12 million reported fee for the forward, who made his International debut for England against Sweden last year.
Arsenal pulled out of the race to sign Zaha today, with Manager Arsene Wenger confirming: “We were never in for Zaha.” “I don’t know if he will go to Man United. If he goes to Man United, good luck to him.”
Zaha has made 124 appearances for Crystal Palace since graduating through their youth academy, scoring 15 goals in the process, and helping propel the Eagles into 4th place in the Championship.
At 20-years old, he has the talent to succeed at the top level, and will be loaned back to the Championship club for the remainder of the season once the deal has been struck.
